#16 Bake

Had stopped baking after Lervin's birthday. Was googling for recipes when I came across chocolate chip recipe. Quite a few good feedbacks. So added to my to-bake-list. Wanted to try this recipe since last week. Finally I can bake !
I've always like Famous Amos cookie. But the only thing is the choco chips are too little. So this time I can bake my own cookie, I doubled the amount of chocolate chips!

When letting it to bake, I went to the room to rest a while. 10mins later when I opened the door, my goodness! The whole house is the smell of the choco chips cookie ! Saw the big, middle and small shape? middle is for Lervin and smallest is for Leroy. hehee.

Taste really good ! Will definitely make this again !

Co Family Day @ Bird Park.

Such a hot day to visit Bird Park. Luckily our co holds the buffet in a air-conditioned room. At least not so bad.

Medical checkup

Go off at 3pm to N.S. to collect my medical report. Every year my Co will provide free body checkup for us. Since it's free why not ! Hahaa. Typical sporean! =D Left office slightly later then 3pm as I had too much work to do. Hus said he left the car for me to drive. At first I told him I want to take mrt. No traffic, no parking charge, no need to look for parking lot. But he insist to leave the car for me. Take the car, fetch Lervin, rush home to change him then proceed to N.S. The service there is real bad. Heard so much complains and displeased from my other colls. I experience the lousy service too.. Hopefully Co can change to RH like what they did last year.
Waited for half an hour before I can get my report... Nearly fall asleep there. Doctor said overall no prob and my cholesterol is lower then normal which is very good. 'But I have those lose fats hanging all over my body', mumbling to myself. She even said instead of doing Body check yearly, I can do every 3 yrs.. What if in between there's something happening inside I wont know. Still yearly checkup is better.
After I bring Lervin to Donut Factory.

The moment he get hold of iphone, he knows exactly what he should do. Slide the phone to unlock. I believe over 90% of the kids knows how to use iphone... Lervin even knows how to search for video using my sis's iphone ! His mummy don't even know how to !!!

Went to CO and this 'ai sui' lil guy put on shades and walk around the store happily.

Tired boy

Went Serangoon Garden to have dinner as Hus is craving for the hokkien mee. At first it's just drizzling. But 10mins later the rainning quite heavily.. A cool cool weather to enjoy our dinner although I don't like when my feet is wet.
On our way home Lervin is so tired that he fell asleep by himself when I'm driving...

'Us' time

Lervin refuse to follow us home yesterday so we put him at mum's place for a day. He is very happy there as my sisters and brother are there to play with him. He's another King there. haha. So me and hus have some time for ourselves. Been sometime since we spend time together. Everyday is about work, kids, houseworks... Thanks my mum for helping me. Only when the kids are with her then I go ahead with my things in ease.

Opened my eyes and it's already 3pm+.. Laze on my bed... Been so so so long.... Appreciate this once in a while 'Me' time. Doing things at my own pace before hus came to pick me up to United Square to buy Leroy's shoe at Colette since we have voucher. Shop at CO and get Lervin and Leroy each a T-shirt. The little girl's clothes are so pretty ! So much varieties to choose from ! Even the adult have the same. How nice to wear the same as the daughter...

Went to mum's place to fetch Lervin...

Leroy is more gentle to his brother now... Unless Lervin snatch things from him. Sometimes he will even give it to Lervin if Korkor ask for it.

At GWC. Greedy Leroy, with his wide-opened mouth, asking for biscuit from Lervin. Lervin is enjoying himself. Watching cartoons and snacking away. As for Leroy he keeps looking at Lervin and asking for more food.







Below 2 photos are taken quite sometime back too. Crocs stuck between escalator. Very dangerous !! Luckily the child is not hurt. We didn't witness the whole thing but there's a commotion when we are in ntuc queuing to pay. Hus walk out to check and told me. Quickly I told him to snap few photos.. This incident happened a few times. Some is being reported on news/tv whereas for some are not. All along I thought the crocs is one of the safest shoe to wear to children. Esp when the floor is slippery. But now, ever since there is so many incident about crocs esp when all happened at the escalator, I'm having second thoughts whether to purchase for my kids. I know I can't totally blame on crocs but just to be safe...
