The first restaurant I know that is located along the Punggol River in a swimming complex/community club with outdoor seating that's too warm during the day but it's raining, so weather is consider quite good!
Maybe because of this weather, there isn't much crowd and it's really peaceful with sound of pouring rain...
Good range in the menu, focusing mainly on steaks and seafood-based dishes but with some Asian dishes as well. Overall, I've always found the food tasty but average. Staff were usually attentive but service does appear a little so-so at times.
