Yea! Finally a holiday with bff and her bf! Our first trip together after knowing each other for 4years!
We bought the tickets in May during Airasia promotion and it cost S$150/pax. To fully utilize our trip, we meet up a few times to plan our itinerary trying to visit as much attractions as we can! Return home feeling very satisfied with the places we covered. =)

We had decided to rent a car during our stay here and these are the car rental counters. I had done some research online and know that renting an auto car will cost around S$30/day. The first counter we approach, quote us S$70/day honda civic. That's the same price as what we rent a car in sg. Before we move on to the other counter he said no matter which counter we go also same price as all of them is under the same company. Lol! The 4th counter we ask quote us RM280 for honda civic auto car for 4.5days. S$27/day. =) Always ask around before decide on one.
Clean and very good condition!
Pump full tank for RM65 after collecting the car. It's too much actually. When we return the car on our last day there, there's still almost half tank of petrol left even we had been travelling to and forth everyday.
Drinks are very cheap! RM2 per bottle!
Topped up my phonecard as we need to use gps. It's the right choice as it never fails to bring us to the right place.
Arrive at our destination, Cosy Inn at Kuah. Budget yet comfortable stay. Also, we had booked island hopping for tomorrow from the front desk at RM35/pax!
Very simple room. Suitable for budget travel.
After putting our lugguage down off we go to underwater world at Pantai Cenang.

It should be RM38 for tourist but hus paid RM28! I guess it's because my hus speaks malay and they thought he is one of them? Nevertheless, we save RM10/pax!

Beach is right behind underwater world! Love this beautiful place!
Here is the maze of little crab trails covering the beach by low tide, and the tiny balls of sand they roll to form their tunnels. You have to look very closely to see them work, but if you do, you can watch them rolling a little ball of sand with their front legs while they feed. They then kick the ball behind them with a back leg before starting on the next one. The paths they decide to follow while doing this over and over again determine the shapes they create.

The best time to dine here is definitely evening! Not only you get to enjoy an unobstructed view of the busy Pantai Cenang beach over the meal, you could also capture the moment when the sun sets in the Andaman sea with your loved ones. A well-thought-out seating plan means every diner could catch the sunset over the meal at the comfort of their seat!
The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The portion is good too. The service was excellent, we all happy to be served by an attentive and helpful staff and the sunset view is so breathtaking.
