A day out.

The sweetest boy!

Whenever this lil man is with me, be it shopping or marketing he will reminds me of the tems that I need to buy(sometimes I get him to remind me as the mummy tends to be forgetful), arranging the items in the basket neatly(which I think is not necessary but the lil man insist) and always helping to carry the grocery bags. It just seems like he knows he should help and I guess partly due to he often sees his daddy helping thus he follows daddy's footstep? =)

Our Saturday.

On and off we had been buying things for our house even before the renovation starts and now we have to keep it at our place. So here we are at Punggol!

How I wish they are always this loving.....


The hus was cleaning up the dust on car and the boys volunteer to help!


Meetup with their god-pa after that as they stay just few streets away. =)
Another reason to love this area as I've lots of friends and relatives staying all around Punggol and Sengkang.

Lantern Festival at Labrador Park

Hus pick me up from work and off we go to mum's place for dinner then to Labordor park with the boys and sis! Our 2nd time spending lantern festival there and as usual lots of people there!
Quickly we found a place and settle down and the boys riding their scooter happily.

Decide to go the traditional way and mum pass us lots of beautiful paper lanterns from RWS and I begin liting up the candles place in the middle of the lantern. That is so fun!!

Cafe : Creamier with baby boy.

Few weeks ago, I had blogged about this place and now I bring baby boy along as he is a fan of waffle with ice-cream! Well who's not right? Lol!
Lots of customers today but lucky us, we manage to get a seat. Even if it is air-conditioned, I coudn't feel any cool air and there's mozzies in the shop!

Dad 61th birthday

Today is dad's birthday and we arrange to have dinner at the famous chicken rice steamboat at Golden Mile. Dad is a very traditional man and he doesn't fancy other cusine except chinese food. So we decided on this place. We had been patronizing this shop since I am in my primary school days. 20 over years and no change in quality of food! Tons of memories with my family there...... Now my turn bringing my children there. Lol!

Gift from the hus!

I don't have the habit of wearing accessories. Be it earrings, necklaces, bracelets or even watch. Yes. I don't even wear a watch. I was given a few watches before but I don't even wear it. I just don't like things hanging here and there. It's just my own habit. But I really like this watch when I see it and it's really very very rare and difficult to find a watch I really like and without hesistation the hus paid for it! It has been quite a difficult task to buy things for me. Lol!

Was seated down feeling sweaty and lervin ask what I want to drink he will buy for me! How sweet he is! The first time he says he want to buy things for me using his money. So I ask if he has money? He said yes and took out his remaining pocket money that I gave him today. Happily counting the money and said he has $1.20 so I told him I want a can of Kickapo. Lol! He went to buy and came back looking a little sad. He said, 'mummy, your drink is very expensive. I gave all my money to the aunty.' LOL!!!

Dating time with the hus!
Ever since we have the boys, it's quite hard for us to have our own time. Also, I had started Leroy on enrichment class on saturday which makes it even harder to put him at my mum's place due to the distance. Luckily the hus thinks that no matter how busy or inconvenient it is to travel from east to west, we have to make time for each other. =)
Not forgetting my siblings and parents for helping out!

Suggest to have dinner at Seoul Garden! The last time I dine in this restaurant is when I'm in my secondary school days and the same for hus. Back then, Seoul Garden is the 'in' place to dine in a big group. So we came here!

Spent a good 2.5hrs here eating till we are too full to move. Lol!
But we still have to as we have a movie to catch. Day well spent! =)

Simple Happiness

I have been trying to go on diet (less carbo intake) to lose weight but in vain. Actually lost a little like 0.5kg but fats % still slightly more than normal. Not my ideal weight. Although there isn't much effect, I still continue my less carbo diet. And today after dinner, took out my digital weighing scale and the digits on the scale had my eyes wide open. From the last weigh (dec'13) till now I lost 2kg and fats reduce by 5%! Am freaking happy and told hus! Lol! After few mins, I suddenly remember that there's once the analog scale at mum's place went conked and I thought I lost weight. 白开心一场. Told hus it might be another time like previous and laugh at myself. The hus tell me,"就是喜欢看你这样笑。很可爱." Not used to it but still love it! Lol!!!

Movie : 47 Ronin / Christmas Countdown

The festive that I love the most! Lots and lots of shoppings with discounts and promotions that tie in with the festive! Not forgetting the Christmas light-up and decorated shopping malls along Orchard Road often attract numerous visitors, locals and tourists alike.

In office, colleagues are all enjoying this holiday period! As our usual practice, we will be exchanging gifts and here's mine!


Hus dated me for a movie after work and this is the movie we watch.


If ever a film was in need of an honourable death and a respectful burial it would be 47 Ronin.
The design of the world is lovely, from the vivid colors to the lush costumes, fantastical creatures, and breathtaking landscapes and I specially enjoyed the drifting ground fog that takes on human shapes, while the sorceress's green dress is made to twist! Not a bad movie afterall although review is average. =)


Movie ended 11.30pm and I requested to stay for countdown and the hus agree reluctantly. Lol! He doesn't like crowded places and he worried about the jam. Hahaa! I really can't remember when is the last time we do countdown for major festive. Although it's just a short while, I'm happy!

Restaurant : 21 Seafood

Been weeks i have been craving for crabs and suppressing myself but finally I 'explode' due to sudden spam of very appealing crab dishes from friends in FB! Immediately I called hus and told him,'Dear, I want to have crab feast tonight!' Hus was laughing away and said ok! Happy me! Lol!! Hus asked my mum and sis along too. =)
