Backache

Back has been aching since a week ago. But it get worse these few days. It get so painful that when I bend, there's this sharp pain at my waist area. Told hus about this and he brought me to Yu Guo for tuina/massage. What's in this treatment. Electric current, cupping, massage and cracking bones. Other than the latter 2, it's my first time getting these treatments. The treatment definitely makes me feel better. But the pain comes back the next day... Need to get it treated...
