Well, Its a 4 ladies and 1 guy shopping trip. Not much variety from those
Places that we went. Everywhere is like selling the same stuffs. Its only the price.
The stuffs there Can go really cheap if you buy
3 pcs or more.
Eg : A design T-shirt in Sg will cost around $15. But in BKK, buy 3 pcs, the most is S$8.! Some can go as low as S$3 ! imagine how expensive those clothes Sg is selling. That’s why gng in group of 3 or more is definitely worth it !
DH is the ‘kelian’ one. Only 1 guy. Cant get more discounts. And of cause I cant ‘abandon’ DH and shop with them. DH still cant get much of his stuffs and the shopping centre we went, around 70% of the shops there are ladies apparel !

From the plane when I looked down,
Thailand is really a very big country. As you can see, they cant fully utilizes
the place. Unlike Spore. Fully utilize every corners. Haha
After alighting from the plane, we still have to take a bus to the arrival hall.
Bugdet airlines are like that.
DAY 1
Start shopping at 4pm
After we placed luggage in hotel, we head for Platnium shopping Mall.
Its 10 mins walk from our hotel. The 3 ladies go crazy after seeing so many stuffs
They can buy ! Didn’t take photos for the whole shopping time.
For dinner, we went Suanlum night market which DH recommend.
There’s night market there as well. Not really much stuffs there but there are many decorative items. Things there are quite expensive too. Before we continue our shopping, we need to refill our energy !

We went back to hotel and ‘unload’ our ‘harvest’.
Next destination : Siam Square.
Siam Square is like ur Sg Orchard. Crowded with people.
In front of the shopping mall, there’s a really pretty fountain.
Clothes at Siam Square are really expensive. So didn’t really shop there.
We proceed to Shabushi !! sushi steamboat buffet !!
We waiting for more then half hour to get a seat and its very cheap !
1 pax = 219Bht which is Sg S$9.50. its cheap right ?!

We had our dinner in an open space @ Suanlum. Looks like Sg Newton Circus. But in Suanlum, there’s Live band ! Not bad huh. They don’t sing in Thai. But in English. Eg : Hips don’t lie.! I was taken by surprise. although they don’t really sound Rock when they sing. Haha. You don’t pay cash when you purchase food from there. They are using coupons. Coupons that are not used can be refund before that day midnight.
For our dinner, we had the following. Miss out Big head prawns. Haha. The prawns head is really big ! haha All these cost
Less then S$20 ! In Sg, anywhere you go, big prawns are charge in Kgs. Definitely more then S$20.

Went back to Platnium Mall again. 2 more floors not ‘comb’. Platnium is really big. To shop the whole building, I think you will need 1 ½ days. Haha. Exaggerating huh? Haaa But really if your main purpose is to go BKK and shop, 1 day at platinum is definitely not enough!
There’s a doughnut stall at basement. Looks colourful and nice.

Looks like Bugis Village right? It's was darn hot.! was sweating non-stop.!
After all shopping time ended, we went to a place *forget the name* to have our ‘cheap’ seafood dinner as recommended by a lady. Everyone was so hungry and thus looking forward to big prawns crabs lobster, blah blah… In the end, we ended having pineapple rice, tomyam soup, sambal vege and a few dishes.!
The crab cost S$100+ for 1 ! everyone was so disappointed. But frankly speaking, the food there are really expensive. That lady who recommend us the place still can say cheap.! Making everyone so excitedly and drooling… All of us would prefer using the money to shop then spend on CRABS. Crap~

Went back to Platnium AGAIN ! DH wants to buy the belt which he had lost. So, shopping again ! Well, manage to get more stuffs today. Quite happy. Hahaa
But the following shopping destination is very disappointing and waste of time, to me. Alright, this is the most boring and hot day for this shopping destination. After hearing so much good reviews about chatuchak, we decided to go there and shop!. Yes, the place is big and we were chatting excitedly what we’re gng to get there. But to our disappointment, we bought nothing.! Yes! Nth!! Can you believe it? Over the net and friends’ blogs, we often see that they bought lotsa stuffs over there. But why there’s nothing we take fancy of. Each of us walked like dead corpse after few hours….

Some are really cruel. 5 or more puppies are being enclosed in a cage. As what you can see from below photo.

DAY 4
Starts shopping @ 6am ends at 3pm
We woke up so early to go to Bobay *wrong spelling* which was told that shops are open @ 4am. True enough some are ready to do business and some are opening for business. Wasn’t much things to shop as well. Lotsa aunty stuff. I don’t belongs to that group so nothing for me to buy. Don’t tell me after married with 1 kid is Aunty. *slap slap*
There’s a mini shopping mall which was not open. Too bad that we din’t get to shop there. Thought that was some normal aunties clothing shops. We were told later that the places there sells more fashionable clothes. Sigh~~ miss one shopping destination. A chnace to get more clothes for my wardrobe...
After *Bobay shopping, we went back to hotal to have our breakfast.
Everyone was so tired that after our breakfast at hotel, each and everyone was lying on the table and slp. I was really darn tired. No energy to walk and shop. After half hr of napping in the restaurant, I was re-energized! Shopping time !!!
And again….. back to PLATNIUM MALL. Whahahaaaaaa. Looks like we spent more time there. Hahaa…

It’s really nice to have them 3 to join us for the trip. They are a batch of cheerful and happy-go-lucky ladies.! Shall go for another oversea trip together if we have the chance.!
