Mr Honesty

Everyday I will ask lervin how is his day is school, what he had for recess, did he finish his food etc etc. That's very normal isn't? Just last week, I noticed that 50cents is missing from his coin pouch and so I ask him what did he buy. He hesitate for a moment and I already know he bought smth that he shouldn't. Still he admit to buying a packet of peach tea to drink. He knows that I usually don't allow them to drink. You will never know if he will start coughing anot. If he does, this can goes on for a week plus. But well, since he is being honest to me (with my persistent questioning), I told him he can't buy this drink everyday and I would prefer him drinking water from his bottle. He said ok and I really hope he listen!

Requested happy box for recess!

He requested pasta for recess and so the mum wokes up at 6.30am to preare his breakfast!
As long as he wants to eat, I will make for him. =)

Leroy went for haircut.

  Can't stand his fringe touching his brow so I brought him to hairdresser!

When I ask why is the little boy crying, the brothers reply as below.
Leroy : Because the boy is hungry and he wants to eat noodle.
Lervin : Because the boy wants to sleep late but his mummy say cannot as he has to wake up early for school tomorrow.

Didi is always about eating and eating!
And for korkor, he is bascially repeating what I said to him every night. Lol!!!

Mid week !

Prepared Lervin's happy box today!
Just simple fried egg with luncheon meat and 2 small packs of strawberry roll.
Made a set for hus as well as he always doesn't have time to prepare or buy his breakfast.

Lervin has english spelling today and hopefully he is able to remember the words!

Trip to supermarket!

Leroy has been feeling excited since yesterday as they will be going nearby neighbourhood supermaket to learn purhase their own item today and they are given a dollar. He has been asking hus, me and lervin what we want and he will buy for us. So sweet of him! This morning happy baby boy!

In the end he came home with a pack of apple juice! With a dissapointed look, he said that teacher only allow him to get 1 item. Lol!

Our Sunday

Hus has the task to send and fetch lervin after his enrichment class as I need to bake some pineapple tarts for mil. Freshly baked. =)

After hus picked me, we went AMK hub to meet mil and the boys had a great time playing at the playground. Kids are so easily contented....






CNY is coming and there's pasar malam stalls there selling lots of things like clothes, snacks, furniture etc and hus got a cheap case to use for ipad. You will never know when the boys will accidentally drop it..

Val's Post-birthday Treat!

Went to Musee PS for my ipl. It is 3months once treatment instead of twice a month. So far so good!


While waiting for Celine, I brought val to eat at 4 fingers. Her first time there and love it!


Dinosaur book from Celine. She insist to pay for it when I told her dinosaurs has always been lervin's favorite!


Val suggest going Yu Hua Yuan for seafood dinner. One of the best place to have fresh seafood at affordable price! Downside, carpark is really very limited. Come early to get a lot if not there's valet too. =)




Seafood are really fresh and the pepper crab is da bomb!! Definitely will come here again!

Happy Box!

Woke up earlier this morning to prepare happybox for him! Cook pasta with tomato sauce for him to eat during recess. Hope he likes it! Btw I re-use the thermal bottle that I got few years back to pack their porridge when we are out. Should be 4yrs ago? Still in good condition and able to keep the food warm for almost 8hrs!

Got chosen in a lucky draw to own this and hus finally help to collect on behalf!

Easily Contented.

As long as he has food to eat, he will be happy!

Woke up at 6.20am to prepare food for his recess. I still feel it's better that he pack food from home to eat during his recess so he don't need to stand there and spend that few mins to think what he want to eat. But of course I will still let him purchase his own food and handle money 1-2 times a week. Special box for korkor to make his day! Although it doesn't look very pretty but hope he appreciate the effort his mummy did. I didn't let didi see korkor's box, if not he will request the same as korkor.



Hus called me and said no tearing from the boy today! Hearing this makes me more 放心。=)

1st MC for Lervin.

Poor boy. Having slight fever yesterday and he is coughing quite badly...
Given a day MC to rest at my mum's place.
As usual, when didi hear that hus is sending korkor to mah mah's place he cried because he want to go too. Lol! We didn't allow him and he cry even harder. Hahaa!

Lervin's 2nd day.

More organized today! Yesterday is total chaos! So many parents are there and the noise level is 'fantastic'. Lol!!
Btw the boy teared again today.... I thought he's not gonna cry when I see him walking towards the stairs... who knows he walked back, say bye bye to me and started to cry... heart wrenching to see him being pulled away from me with teacher's assurance that he will see me during recess... =( hope he will be able to cope well next week.... Attended principal's talk after that till 9.20am and it's almost time for their recess. The boy bring his suppose-to-be-his-teabreak-snack which is London choco roll to the canteen and ate 1 of it. I was like (-.-). That's his snack not meal. Worried that he will be hungry, asked him to get himself a bowl of rice/noodle. (Ps: Canteen is sealed off from parents to restrict the parents from going near the children.) After spending the past 5 mins deciding on what to eat, he finally got himself a bowl of noodle and he has to finish within 5mins. I have to show this face again. (-.-) As expected, he don't have enough time to finish his food and they are being ushered back to classroom. Ok la. At least he manage to eat half of the food. After the boy went back to class, I went over to val's place to nua and fetch him at 4.30pm. As usual, I will always ask him how is his day in school and he told me something that makes me burst out laughing.

Me: did u shower in school?
Him: yes. I washed my hair too. But my hair is still wet so I go out to the sun and dry my hair before I sleep.
Me: laughing hysterically!!!
Omg... He sure has he own ways to doing things. Lol!
Oh! Brought him to take passport size photo for his report book today!

Lervin's 1st day.

No crying and fussing when we woke him up this morning. We are thinking that's good as he didnt refuse to go school. Let didi skip class and bring him along to give korkor some support! Lol!

Took a photo of him before he goes up to the hall. The 'very uncomfortable' smile.

But when they are being led up to the hall, the boy burst out crying!! Hanging onto me and refuse to go up. I really didn't expect this....
I should have know that he is keeping to himself throughout the journey there. Perhaps he is feeling scared and worried about going to the new school... New environment, new friends. I can see he is trying to be strong and to show us he is ok. Heartpain..... Coax him and assured him that when he goes for recess, he will see us. A very kind staff help in attending to him and brought him up. The moment he walks up, I can't help but feel heartpain. My baby boy carrying a big heavy bag(hs is using trolley bag when in childcare), walking up with tissue on hand wiping the tears, turning to his back a few times to see us... Omg.... That scene is really unbearable... =(
I know this is the passing phase, but at that very point, seeing all things makes my heart shattered in thousand pieces...

2 hours to his recess and we drove out to have some food before coming back...

As the highest level in this school is only P2, the principal got some JC students to help out. But still in a mess.


Every pupil took quite sometime to buy and pay for their food even for Lervin. So cute. Lol!


















At student care.

  Today, Leroy is super nice to his brother. Helping korkor to take his bottle, clearing the food hat korkor finish, carrying his bag for him and looking out for korkor. Although he is young but he still know what he can do to make korkor feel better.

After, we went city plaza for lunch and back home. Hope tmr will be better!
