Steamboat feast at Val's place

Gathering during CNY period!
This time we will be going Val's place for steamboat and also to Lo Hei. Just so coincident that today is 初七,人日. =)
From below photo, all ingredients are double serving except shredded carrot and radish which is only 1 serving. Our blur Val bought the YuSheng from NTUC without knowing that there's no shredded and radish inside! It's only when we wanted to Lo Hei than we realise. Lol! So the guys went out to get a box of 'complete' YuSheng and that explains the double serving of ingredients! Anyway double serving double wealth! Huat ah!!!!


As we know, we have an auspicious Chinese saying to recite at almost every step of the way. So our dearest girl check up the website figuring which saying is for which ingredients. The whole process around 10mins before we can Lo Hei. Lol!!
