2nd HLE assessment.

1st day of April receive my HLE application and last day of April to know it's being approved! =)
All the good things happen in April it will be even better for the rest of the months!!

I had to clarify, HLE loan status don't have to take so long. We did because we are checking with banks loans etc and thus when we decided to take up HDB loan and submit, it's already 2 weeks after we got the letter. So in fact our loan got approved within 2 weeks. =)

The funny kid.

Parenthood is tough but when you have funny kids, you no longer feel so…..
There will always be this particular kid who is always up to micheives, contributing lots of funny ideas and replying your questions in a very creative way.
Well, I need not say more. You should know who I'm referring to right? *lol*
I regretted not pen-ing all the events down immediately and I had forgotten some of them! =(

Just this morning I was sleeping so soundly *it rained in the wee morning* until I don't know why and what makes me jump out of bed. Looking at the clock, I realized that I woke up half hour later than usual!! It's my fault that I stayed up quite night last night…. So while I'm making the bed, I was asking Leroy if he heard my alarm and he said yes! So I was like, 'Why you didn't wake mummy up????' He replied in a super calm and relax mode, 'Because I'm tired and I want to sleep so I did not wake you up.' Major -.-"

Gift from the hus!

I don't have the habit of wearing accessories. Be it earrings, necklaces, bracelets or even watch. Yes. I don't even wear a watch. I was given a few watches before but I don't even wear it. I just don't like things hanging here and there. It's just my own habit. But I really like this watch when I see it and it's really very very rare and difficult to find a watch I really like and without hesistation the hus paid for it! It has been quite a difficult task to buy things for me. Lol!

Buffet : Shabu-sai

Just the 2 of us today andhus brought me to CCP to have our dinner.
I don't really fancy buffet as I'm a small eater but couldn't reject the hus and he is willingly to travel all the way there to try it.





Most dish are meat and I don't really take much.... But the hus loves it!

Well there's nothing much to rave about this shop and the varities aren't that much... But when we are leaving the shop, there's a long queue of people waiting...

First meeting with ID

While in the midst of waiting for 2nd HLE approve, we started our meeting with IDs.
It rather late compare to neighbours who had started sourcing and looking around half year before?

I guess we still have enough time to look around since we are not in the rush.
Search online for the design I want and also learn more about the product and materials they used. It's indeed very informative as at least I can understand a little when the IDs explain to us.
Today's meetup we got a estimated quote and get to see ID's flat (he design himself) and another unit which just finish renovating.

Meeting another 2 ID in another week!

Meet Lervin and mil at coffeeshop for dinner after fetching Leroy.
Was seated down feeling sweaty and lervin ask what I want to drink he will buy for me! How sweet he is! The first time he says he want to buy things for me using his money. So I ask if he has money? He said yes and took out his remaining pocket money that I gave him today. Happily counting the money and said he has $1.20 so I told him I want a can of Kickapo. Lol! He went to buy and came back looking a little sad. He said, 'mummy, your drink is very expensive. I gave all my money to the aunty.' LOL!!!

The silly boy.

In most primary school there's this badges thing. Like responsible, caring, polite etc... and they will be briefed on how to achieve this badges. Just after dinner, this silly boy of mine said, "why nobody fall down, I want to help them so that I can get a caring badge."

Baby Full Month.

Attends baby full month celebration today. My boys love baby so much that they are always around her. You will never see them running around the house. Well, that's a good thing yea? Lol!
